I have substantial knowledge and experience in employment contracts, recovery of “up-front” loans to new employees, raiding claims, trade secrets, terminations, regulatory reporting (for example, U-5’s on terminated stockbrokers), defamation, harassment claims and discrimination claims based on gender, age and sex. My employment experience came primarily, but not exclusively, from litigating matters involving employees of the firms that provide financial services to consumers.
