Fees

The fee for mediations in California that are expected to take one day is $4,000.00, which covers all time for convening the mediation, review of all submissions, pre-mediation discussions and/or meetings, and the mediation and follow-up conversations as necessary to close a settlement. 

There are no travel expenses for mediations in California.  For out-of-state mediations, travel and hotel costs will also be charged.

For complex mediations that are expected to take more than one day, the mediation fee is $400.00 per hour.

There are no administrative charges or telephone/fax expenses.

There are no cancellation fees.  Travel and hotel costs, if any, will be invoiced after the mediation.
