Fees

The fee for mediations in California is $4,000.00, which covers all time for convening the mediation, review of all submissions, pre-mediation discussions and/or meetings, and the mediation and follow-up conversations as necessary to close a settlement.

There are no travel expenses for mediations in California.  For out-of-state mediations, travel and hotel costs will also be charged.

There are no administrative charges or telephone/fax expenses.

At the mediation, the parties will be asked to sign my retention agreement. 

There are no cancellation fees.  Fees, and travel and hotel costs, if any, will be invoiced after the mediation.
